What Dan's hypnotherapy clients say:

I visited Dan for a non obligatory consultation which was friendly and relaxed. This first meeting established that a series of consultations might prove to be helpful with my problem.
I had three consultations after this spread over a series of weeks. Each of these were professional and relaxing and helpful.
After each consultation I found that my sleep problem was resolving. After my third meeting with Dan I felt that I had been helped significantly and we agreed that I would get in touch if I needed further help.
I have found Dan's hypnotherapy to be most beneficial and I am pleased with the outcome.

I went to see a local doctor, who fortunately for me, could barely take her attention off of her computer screen and seemed not to care in the slightest how scared I was. She gave me a telephone number to call, a helpline of sorts. Not easy to do really if you can't breath at the time.
I knew a hypnotherapist was in Newmarket and decided to email him. Dan responded to the email straight away and I was booked in.
I had five sessions in total and feel like my old confident self again. Dan is such a good listener and made me feel equipped to never have panic attacks sneak up on me again.
I left each session looking forward to going out and living my life. I can't say in words how grateful I am to Dan for this.
I feel so fortunate that the doctor I mentioned at the beginning of this testimonial, was so unhelpful. As otherwise I may have been prescribed a lifetime of sedatives.
Dan has taught me how to enjoy my life again and be in control, for that I am truely grateful.

Our session was great, amazing actually, I carried a sense of calm with me as I walked out and it was not diminished by the chaos that met me when I got home. I managed to sort all this, do more interview prep and then get to sleep and get a reasonable night’s rest. Still felt calm in the morning, my brain kept bringing up (great) examples of things I could use in the interview. I then went in – and it was amazing. I really took control, stayed calm, thought of relevant examples, smiled and was clear in my communication. I ‘lived’ my visualisation – kept seeing it clearly and moving towards it. I came out of the (hour and a half, doesn’t time fly when you’re having fun!) interview with a smile on my face and when people asked how it had gone I replied “ really well” – never felt like that before!
Two days later one of the managers who had interviewed me and was in charge of the recruitment, called me into her office to tell me that, unfortunately I hadn’t got the job – BUT she then gave me a list of gushing feedback that meant I was grinning and felt immensely proud of myself despite not getting the job. Basically I was interviewed by two people who have known me for years, but she said I managed to shock them – I met the bar for getting the post – excelled it on some questions and I could not have done any more than I did. They were hugely impressed with my attitude and answers and surprised how much I had changed – basically I did myself proud and FINALLY nailed an interview. She even asked me what my secret was and I told her - hypnotherapy! She was sceptical but I told her if she wanted to try it I know someone I can HIGHLY recommend! ;D
I don’t think thank you quite cuts it, but thank you so much. I know that I did a lot to help myself and some of the specific direction I took was thanks to my mentor here at work, but the execution of all of that work only worked so effectively because you managed to get me to a point where I was relaxed and confident enough to get all of it across to the interviewers – the bit about stuff coming up to the top of my mind as I needed it actually happened – I could feel it!
So thank you so much – it made all the difference.

I compete at an amateur level in body building and Dan really helped me develop and maintain the focus, determination and motivation to push
through my training, especially when the going got tough. I was able to approach my qualifier with the self belief and confidence to perform be at my peak on stage.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Dan to anyone who is looking to make a positive change in their life.
